webs.st sells subdomains under webs.st with DNS management, optional email forwarding, dynamic DNS and related tooling. We operate the authoritative nameservers; you control the records for the subdomain you register.
Subdomains are billed at the price shown at checkout, per the term selected (monthly or yearly). Prices include applicable VAT where shown. Payment is processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Registration is per-subdomain and non-transferable except by us.
Subdomains must be renewed to remain active. We send reminders before expiry. After expiry a short grace period applies; unrenewed subdomains are then suspended and released for others to register. We do not guarantee availability of a lapsed name.
You must not use a webs.st subdomain for: unlawful activity; malware, phishing or fraud; spam or unsolicited bulk email; distribution of content that is illegal where we or our infrastructure operate; infringement of others' rights; or anything that endangers the stability or reputation of our infrastructure.
We host DNS and optional mail forwarding only - we do not host your website content. You are solely responsible for whatever your records point to.
We may suspend or terminate a subdomain that breaches these terms, is the subject of a valid abuse or legal complaint, or where required by law — where practical with notice, immediately where necessary. No refund is due for terminations arising from breach.
If we fail to provision a paid subdomain, you are entitled to a full refund. Otherwise refunds are at our discretion; contact support within 14 days of purchase.
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We store the email address and subdomain details needed to operate your account and comply with law. We do not sell personal data. Email forwarding passes mail through our servers to your nominated address; we do not retain message content beyond delivery.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
